IMPORTANT PRE ACTIVITY INFORMATION  Please contact your representative if you require assistance understanding this notice. We are all about you trying new things at Healthy Change Village (the Village) and while all precautions are taken by our trainers, coaches and health professionals to ensure your safety, undertaking any online activities and exercises can carry some risks.  Please consult with your health professional and support network (family and carers) before beginning any exercise to see if it is right for your needs especially if you have a history of:
  • Heart condition/trouble
  • High blood pressure
  • If you have experienced chest pain in the past when exercising or in the last month when not engaging in physical activity
  • Have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity 
  • Diabetes and or family history
  • Epilepsy or seizure activity
  • Asthma
  • Smoking
  • Pre-existing injuries/pain including arthritis
  • Dizziness and/or fainting
  • Pre-existing medical conditions.
  • If there is a chance that you are pregnant
  • Eating disorder
Do not start any exercise videos if your health professional advises against it.  Please make sure you have adequate space around you and your environment is safe before starting any video.  If you feel any pain or experience dizziness or shortness of breath please stop the workout and seek medical attention.
