Toby is a Special Education Teacher and Founder of All Ability Sports Coaching (AASC). Toby has coached all ability sport at an Australian and NSW level and also teaches inclusion in sport at the University of Newcastle.

AASC provides a range of sporting programs that span from school and service providers (like Healthy Change Challenge), into community participation and representative pathways. AASC uses sport as a vehicle for learning and development, community connection and being part of a team. AASC creates continued opportunities for players to apply their skills, earn their achievements and highest the truest of human qualities.

Toby is also a singer songwriter with multiple albums, a keen woodworker and facilitates youth wellbeing programs in schools
